Elasticizer wins again at the InStyle Best Beauty Buys awards 2012
Philip Kingsley hero product Elasticizer was awarded “Best Deep Conditioning Treatment” at the prestigious ‘InStyle Best Beauty Buys‘2012 awards on the 31st January.
Known as the Oscars of the beauty industry, InStyle hosted their 12th annual awards ceremony at the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge with celebrity Caroline Flack presenting. The awards are voted for by a panel of over 150 industry experts and honour the top Holy Grail beauty products.
